One very important detail when you assemble prom dresses is the shoes you are going to wear. Here you need to think hard about choosing the best shoes to match not only the prom dresses but also your other accessories and style choices.
If you are wearing a black dress then choosing the colors for your shoes is going to be easy – and you might want to choose black or red for a very sexy look. At the same time though if you are choosing say a red dress then you need to be more careful with your shoe color choice – if you choose pink for example then this will clash badly. Make sure that you choose the prom dresses first when you are deciding what to wear and to then pick the other accessories based around that.
If your shoes don’t match the dress, then you will probably want them to match something else – for instance your bag, a belt or even your color of lipstick. Black prom dresses for instance look great with red lips, heels and a bag.
Of course heels are very important to complete the look as this will help to make you look more shapely in the dress while also avoiding letting it drag on the ground if you are going for a longer looking dress. Choose carefully how high you want the heels to be though, as if you choose too tall shoes you will end up finding it hard to walk – which is less than elegant but also will make it hard to celebrate your prom.
